One of the most vital components in a wrasse rig is the hook. I’ve used many brands over the years, some better than others. The last thing you want is to have a hook straighten or bend while you are connected to a 5lb plus wrasse. These hooks are manufactured from 2X strong high carbon steel and the obtuse angle on the hook bend increases hook strength. They also have a chemically sharpened 3 sided hook point which stays really sharp.
